The Opportunity
. Project manager role on multiple projects providing clear direction and delivering on our clients objectives including project planning and outlining full projects/activities and resources required
. Contributes to business development, including identifying work opportunities in existing client relationships, leveraging market insights from project delivery regions, developing compelling and winning proposals and pitch documents
. Work closely with internal technical specialists, drawing insights from qualitative and quantitative research, and assisting in the creation of client-ready presentations and reports to support strategic decision-making
. Interpret data and synthesising findings to develop actionable recommendations.
. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
. Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
. Provide leadership and mentorship across the wider Advisory practice by setting quality standards, offering technical and people management support, and developing junior team members professional, consulting, and analytical capabilities.

Is this role right for you
. Recognised relevant tertiary qualifications in the following areas: public/urban policy, business, economics or similar built environment discipline
. Minimum 7 years of experience in a consulting role with similar responsibilities.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, written, visual and verbal with Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
. Good working knowledge of key trends, macroeconomic developments, relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and guidelines relevant to strategy projects within SEA.
