ABOUT THE ROLE:
Deep dive and often challenge the brief to uncover the true business problem and drive long term strategic roadmaps for our clients.
Identify target audience segments and brand territories, and research to derive insights that can help inform a marketing strategy across multiple platforms, including but not limited to social, digital, and experiential.
Translate Project Briefs into Creative Briefs, including compelling insights and provocative, creative springboards.
Develop campaign plans for multi-channel campaigns from ideation to deployment
Be an ongoing sounding board throughout campaign ideation and execution, championing the strategic integrity of marketing concepts.
Establish and develop clear measurement criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of work, reporting on ROI and key learnings
Partner with creative teams, designers, and writers to bring ideas to life across visual and written formats.
Maintain a cohesive content strategy across various channels to achieve high levels of user engagement on assigned projects.
Meet with clients to understand their needs and pitch ideas alongside Client Services team
Guide and mentor relevant members of the team, fostering a culture of high-quality strategic thinking across the team
ABOUT YOU
5+ years in a similar role within an agency, consultancy, or internal brand team.
Ability to translate complex client briefs into integrated marketing strategies across live, experiential, and digital platforms.
Expert in research methodologies able to move beyond data to find human truths that inspire award-winning creative work.
Maintains a finger on the pulse of business, consumer, and industry trends to keep strategies innovative and relevant.
Deep understanding of how social and digital KPIs impact the bottom line, and business results
Strong understanding of social media KPIs and the ability to correlate digital metrics with broader business goals.
Skilled at weaving social and digital communication seamlessly into the wider marketing mix.
An innate passion for human behaviour and creativity, with the ability to articulate big ideas persuasively.
Excellent written and presentation skills, with a natural ability to persuade stakeholders and lead strategic discussions.
