The Infrastructure Construction and Asset Management (ICAM) team, a component of the AI2 organization, is responsible for overseeing Google's off-site infrastructure, inventory land development, and both leased and owned data center assets. This includes construction and delivery of off-site infrastructure projects, administration and management of leased obligations, land development, and management of inventory properties.
In this role, you will work with the land acquisition team and other teams to ensure that owned land assets complete all required pre-data center construction development activities to meet the requirements of the Asset Supply Plan Of Record (APOR) for data center capacity delivery, which includes delivering sites at the time, cost, capacity, and with the characteristics as required, ensuring the ability to construct the cost-effective data center capacity. You will serve as the site lead post-site acquisition through end of life for the site activities, maintaining and facilitating internal and external relationships necessary for continued development and operational success.
