Make an Impact by

Channel Development & Ecosystem Growth

  • Recruit, onboard, and transform mobile specialists, AI resellers, and cybersecurity partners.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies for postpaid business mobile, AI solutions, and cybersecurity portfolios.
  • Build strategic alliances with distributors, industry associations, and SME trade partners.

Partner Enablement & Training

  • Develop partner playbooks, workshops, and certification paths.
  • Upskill resellers on 5G, AI, and cybersecurity compliance.
  • Drive co-marketing and co-selling initiatives tailored to SME growth industries (retail, F&B, logistics, healthcare, professional services).

Sales Growth & Revenue Delivery

  • Own channel KPIs for acquisition, retention, and win-back.
  • Drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities (e.g., mobile with AI, cybersecurity add-ons).
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and ensure pipeline health across partner ecosystem.

Market Development & Thought Leadership

  • Position Singtel as the trusted SME digital transformation partner aligned with Singapore's Smart Nation agenda.
  • Track competitor movements and recruit talent from rival channels for win-back strategies.
  • Represent Singtel at partner events, SME seminars, and tradeshows

Skills for Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 7-10 years in channel strategy, partner development, or sales leadership.
  • Proven success in transforming reseller channels in telecom/ICT/enterprise technology.
  • Strong grasp of enterprise mobility, AI adoption for SMEs, and cybersecurity landscapes.
  • Excellent ecosystem-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong Office Skills (Powerpoint, excel)
  • Basic understanding of Tableu or other dashboard or reporting tools
  • Analytical mindset with experience using CRM and PRM platforms (Salesforce, PartnerPortal)
