Senior Store / Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead the daily operations of a premium retail boutique in Singapore. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, managing store operations, and leading a high-performing team. The successful candidate will oversee inventory management, implement retail strategies, ensure operational excellence, and foster a customer-centric environment that reflects the standards of a globally recognised premium brand. The role also includes maintaining compliance with loss prevention practices while driving store profitability and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail boutique.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales and service excellence.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term customer relationships.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock movements, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures, policies, and loss prevention measures.
• Analyse sales performance and implement action plans to drive business growth.
• Maintain the highest standards of store presentation and brand representation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Store Management and Retail Operations.
• Strong background in Customer Service with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop retail teams.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and loss prevention practices.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in luxury, premium, lifestyle, fashion, watch, jewellery, or consumer electronics retail environments will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related discipline preferred.
