Lead the design, implementation, and manage enterprise data protection, backup, and data storage solutions
Administer and optimize enterprise backup platforms such as Cohesity, NetBackup, Commvault, and Veeam
Manage enterprise data storage infrastructure including disk-based systems and backup storage targets
Perform regular DR drills, backup validation, and compliance checks. Ensure efficient enterprise data backup, restore, and disaster recovery operations.
Deliver enterprise services support, acting as a key interface between clients and internal teams
Manage and support integrated data protection platforms and appliances
Implement enterprise data backup and storage strategies across various cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP) and on-prem environments
Monitor storage capacity, utilization, and performance, ensuring optimal resource allocation
Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for backup and storage issues
Support and manage VMware-based virtual environments with integrated backup solutions
Drive continuous improvements in storage efficiency, data lifecycle, and retention strategies
Maintain detailed technical documentation, SOPs, and operational reports
Support system upgrades, patching, and security hardening initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related studies.
Strong 15+ years of hands-on experience in Data Protection & Backup Technologies such as Cohesity, Veritas NetBackup, Commvault, Veeam, Rubrik
Strong experience in Enterprise Backup Architecture and Data Lifecycle Management
