Job Description & Requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Be in charge of the Stage Manager and stage crew.

- To ensure that all stage productions are of a high level of standard at all times.

- To hold weekly meetings with the stage crew, production team and managers to troubleshoot, motivate and seek to improve.

- To be updated of latest performances and ballads

- To be updated of latest lightings and sound equipment and stage props

- To ensure that expenses of performances and stage personnel are within budget.

- To understand and be updated of the needs of the audiences.

- To attend monthly management meeting with shareholders.

REQUIREMENTS

The incumbent must

- Possess a high standard of organizational and interpersonal communication skills

- Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in stage productions or stage management.

- Be able to work under pressure and ability to deal with all levels of people.

- Willing to work extra hours.
