Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible for shift operation performance from Receiving, Put-away, Pick & Pack and Shipment Execution.
- Oversee and manage team of operations / logistic assistant for day-to-day operation & to achieve daily key performance indices.
- Lead teams in work disciplines, execute action plans and improvement programs to improve productivity.
- Provide guidance and training to the team.
- Ensure all team members comply with operations processes, workplace safety & health procedures.
- Perform any other ad hoc assignment & duties assigned by superior.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Min. Diploma / Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalents.
- Possess warehouse operation experience with at least 5 years of relevant supervisory experience.
- Working knowledge in SAP warehouse management system would be a plus.
- Able to work in operation & cleanroom environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Always strive for quality & continuous improvement; handle multiple tasks all with attention to fine detail.
- Able to work on a 12-hours day shift.
