We are seeking a highly experienced operations planning professional to serve as a key interface between the Business Division and Operations Scheduling & Dispatching team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the Lean Planning Production Program, driving demand fulfillment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize loading and ensure delivery accuracy. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with a focus on digitalization and automation initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Serve as the key interface between the Business Division and the Operations Scheduling & Dispatching team to ensure accurate delivery commitments, with strong focus on quarter-end revenue fulfilment.
- Commit to and deliver the Lean Planning Production Program for the26‑week demand horizon; provide weekly Back End Short Term (BEST) demand confirmation with second‑level capacity checks for changes in demand structure.
- Drive demand fulfilment to meet customer orders and achieve delivery KPIs, including CLIP, Range, Utilization, COR/COP, chip shortage mitigation, and Fastrack fulfilment.
- Collaborate closely with other backend sites and OSAT partners to align on demand requirements, optimize loading, and ensure delivery accuracy.
- Work with Business Division Demand Planners and Capacity/Resource Planners on Volume Rolling Forecast, capacity optimization initiatives, and volume/equipment transfer roadmaps.
- Act as a key stakeholder in new product enablement projects, validating demand ramp‑up plans and ensuring equipment and tool readiness.
- Support weekly management review preparations by providing accurate planning insights and updates.
- Manage WIP cycle time and drive disposition of loose lots to prevent aging WIP within operations.
Continuously enhances technical competency and expertise;
leads to digitalization and automation initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Min. 3-5 years of planning, coordination and scheduling production experience in manufacturing environment, preferably semiconductor industry.
- Bachelor Degree Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent field.
- Customer oriented and good understanding of Supply Chain process, inventory control and management.
- Project Management knowledge in backend Supply Chain Planning is preferred.
- Prior experience involves in automation / digitalization projects would be a plus.
- Strong in analytical, communication and time management skills.
- Knowledge in SAP/ programming skills / data analytics will be an added advantage.
