As an Analyst, you will bridge the gap between data and strategy. You will partner with leadership to define KPIs, build robust Tableau/Power BI dashboards, and drive operational excellence through deep supply chain analysis. You will own the data pipeline, ensure reporting integrity, and empower teams to make data-driven decisions.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Partner with operations, planning, and leadership to define analytical requirements and key performance metrics
- Design and build Tableau/Power BI dashboards with clear visualizations for executive and operational audiences
- Analyze supply chain KPIs, identify performance trends, and present insights to inform strategic decisions
- Lead cross-functional data scoping and requirements gathering sessions
- Train operational teams on dashboard interpretation and data-driven decision-making
- Maintain data pipelines (Tableau Prep, Power Query) to ensure accuracy and reporting integrity
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Science, or related field preferred
- Min. 0-5 years in business intelligence or analytics role, preferably in supply chain or operations background
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficient in Tableau with focus on visualization design and best practices
- Strong Excel skills or Extract Transform Load skills
- Working knowledge of supply chain KPIs (OTD, inventory turns, lead time, forecast accuracy)
- Experience in stakeholder management and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with SAP, MES preferred
