Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments to ensure optimal patient care. Enhance patient experience by promoting continuity of care. Plan, implement, and monitor management of both acute and chronic treatment toxicity. Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers throughout the continuum of care. Serve as an advocate for patients, upholding their rights and privacy. Ensure that all documentation adheres to current legislation and protocol requirements. Deliver care according to established protocols, which may include the preparation of IV lines and the administration of IV fluids.

Requirements

• Possession of a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience required. Previous experience in oncology nursing is essential. Valid certification issued by the appropriate regulatory body.
