Who We Need
You will work alongside the Nursing Leaders to deliver patient-centered and compassionate nursing care to our patients in Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Your key responsibilities are:
- Deliver high-quality, round-the-clock nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records, follow infection control protocols, and ensure adherence to hospital policies and patient safety standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
How to Succeed
- Possess either a Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board license.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a Medical/Surgical unit or other specialty areas, such as A&E or OT.
- Prior work experience as an ICU Nurse is an added advantage.
- Comfortable with performing 3-rotating shifts.
- Strong team-player, self-starter with strong sense of initiative, agility and perseverance.
- Able to provide high level of patient care and work under pressure in a fast-moving environment with the rest of the team members.
