Senior Staff Nurse | Home Care Nurse

Our Client, a leading and well-known Health Institution in Singapore is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Home Care Nurse / Senior Staff Nurse.

Nurses with bedside nursing experiences are welcome to apply!

Benefits Summary:

• Salary up $7500 (Based on experiences and qualification)
• 5 Days, Office Hours (8am - 530pm)
• Islandwide
• AWS + 2-3 months bonus

Responsibilities:

• Ensure nursing care services rendered are safe, competent and individualised. Uphold nursing standards in documentation, treatment, patient monitoring and infection control.
• Communicate and build rapport with patients and their families or caregivers.
• Coordinate the care of patients through an advising physician, provide direct patient care, evaluate patients conditions, and serve as the liaison between families and physicians.
• Perform nursing care such as medication administration and wound dressing as required.
• Follow up to ensure continuity of patient care and treatment plans.

Requirements

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Minimum Diploma in Nursing
• Bedside nursing experiences
