Senior Staff Nurse (Clinical Instructor)

• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical training programs for nursing students and new nurses.

• Collaborate with Nurse Managers / Clinicians on staff development, clinical-based in-service and continuing education

• Develop and implementation of nursing education programs for constant improvements.

• Establish and maintain optimal clinical learning environments for nursing staff and students.

• Assisting Nurse Clinician in daily functions.

• Participate in work improvement projects.

• Ensure compliance to clinical guidelines and SOPs.

• Assist in the clinical audits.

• Assist in the staff performance assessment.

• Ensure reports are submitted on a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing.

• Minimum of 5 years of Clinical experience.

• Possess an Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Medical Surgical) is an advantage.
