Job Description

Lead nursing digitalisation and EMR initiatives
Act as liaison between clinical teams and IT to optimise workflows
Support project implementation (requirements, UAT, roll-out and support)
Drive process improvement and innovation initiatives
Evaluate and implement healthcare technologies and system integration
Deliver training, user support, and stakeholder engagement
Possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Nursing or equivalent
Formal training/certification in Nursing Informatics, Health Informatics, Quality Improvement or Project Management is preferred.
Minimum 5 years experience in acute care
Experience in project implementation (e.g., UAT, training, requirements)
Exposure to EMR, digitalisation or healthcare IT systems
Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
