  • Awareness of industry standards (IPC, IEC, UL) for electrical and PCB compliance.

  • Competence in reading and interpreting schematics and technical documentation.

  • Basic understanding of electrical safety standards and compliance requirements.

  • Ability to document test results and provide clear analysis reports.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a positive attitude and an open mindset to embrace a team-oriented working environment

  • Experience with automation scripting (e.g., Python, VBA, or AutoHotkey) for test and data analysis.

  • Knowledge of reliability testing methodologies (e.g., HALT, HASS, thermal cycling).

  • Familiarity with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence) and layout review for testability.

  • Exposure to data charting tools (e.g. Tableau)

  • Exposure to statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for DOE and data interpretation.

  • Basic knowledge of embedded systems and firmware debugging.
