Senior Staff Engineer (Test Process)

Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile Firmware Engineer to support newtechnology exploration and next-generation product development. This rolecovers HDD Cert firmware design and development, prototyping, and systemintegration. You will work closely with hardware, software, and product teams to build innovative solutions from concept to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

. Design, develop, and optimize firmware for prototypes, new features, and new product certification processes.

. Lead and contribute to R&D initiatives targeting improvements in test process yield and test time.

. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented firmware[C] and software [Python] solutions.

. Analyze test data to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.

. Develop and execute test plans for validation, reliability testing, and compliance verification.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams from concept to mass production.

. Document technical findings and present resultsto stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.

. Proficiency in both C and Python programming languages and data analytics tools.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

. Engineering development experience in the hard disk drive (HDD) industry.

. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

. Proactive and self-driven with a passion for innovation and success.

. Familiarity with HDD cert test process engineering concepts.

. Good experience with data analytics tools and statistical analysis.
