Your Team, Your Impact

As a Senior Staff Engineer at Marvell, you'll join the Central Engineering business group-the core hub that powers all product lines including ASIC, Enterprise, Cloud, AI, and Networking. Our small but high-impact analog team is responsible for developing ESD solutions, digital and analog IO pads, and ensuring robust ESD/LUP reviews across all IP before tapeout.

What You Can Expect

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Staff Analog Design Engineer - ESDto design input matching network in conjunction with ESD protection in advance process technology.
This role demands technical expertise in optimizing the input network to achieve most optimum bandwidth.

You will:

• Architect and implement ESD protection schemes for high-speed analog and mixed-signal IP.

• Review circuit and layout designs, perform simulations, and ensure compliance with ESD standards.

• Collaborate with IP designers to mitigate ESD risks while preserving analog performance.

• Work on leading-edge nodes including3nm FinFETand2nm GAAtechnologies.

What We're Looking For

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with8+ yearsof experience.

Master's or PhD with5+ yearsof experience preferred.

Technical Expertise:

Strong understanding in analog circuit design especially the following will be highly considered.

• High Speed Serdes input matching network

• Semiconductor device physics

• Analog blocks (regulators, amplifiers, filters, transceivers)

Good Proficiency on the following topic will be added benefit.

• ESD/Latchup standards and protection techniques

• EDA tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, SPICE)

• Design rules for advanced process nodes
