Job Description

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team who will assess and manage patients with communication and swallowing disorders to enable them to achieve maximal functional outcomes. You will also be expected to ensure a good standard of clinical practice and professional conduct in the delivery of patient care.

Requirements

Degree in Speech Therapy or equivalent. Eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)*
Relevant work experience in an adult acute setting is preferred
Self-motivated and passionate about delivering quality patient care
Team player with excellent communication skills

Applicants whose basic professional qualifications are not found on the Lists of Recognised Qualifications will be required to take and pass the relevant Qualifying Examination (QE) to be eligible for Conditional registration .
