Senior Specification Executive (Building Material)

8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in the construction industry (though not mandatory)

- Car ownership is preferred but not mandatory

- Experience in specification-related tasks across any field is mandatory

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently and persuasively present to diverse audiences/groups

Job Description

- Developing and increasing new specifiers base and business

- Assisting in the development of key specification tools that can increase sales and presence

- Strongly influence architects and specifiers to develop proprietary specifications for systems

- Liaising and maintaining close relationship with R&D and Technical department on matters relating to Specifications

- Keeping good constant interaction with Architects/ Consultants and Key specifiers to ensure that the desired level of customer service quality is achieved
