Senior Specialist, SC Supply Planning (Fresh Graduate )

Responsibilities :

• Analyze supply chain data (demand, inventory, orders, lead time) to identify issues
• Support planning and inventory optimisation initiatives
• Use tools such as AI tools Excel, or Python to improve analysis efficiency
• Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations
• Track and coordinate project progress (timeline, tasks, stakeholders)
• Ensure follow-through from insight to execution
• Prepare simple reports and updates for stakeholders

Requirement:

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data handling
• Basic understanding of data analysis (trends, patterns, anomalies)
• Understanding of AI and demand/supply planning system logic in the semiconductor industry preferred
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity
• Good organization and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Basic Python or Power BI/Tableau
