Independent preparation of cost estimates in various planning phases of large-scale construction projects
Feasibility Study, Concept Design, Basic Design and Detail Design(service phases 0-7 according to HOAI)
Participation in cost control in the execution phase, cross-checking actual costs with target costs and writing them back into the calculation
Creation of benchmarks for various project phases, e.g. according to the end product method, physical dimension method, according to actual performance values
Evaluation and mass determination of technical drawings and R/I diagrams
Application of the following methods:
Physical Dimension Method
Capacity Factor Method
End Product Units Method
Parametric Method
Detailed Estimating Methodologies
Preparation of a Quantitative Risk Analysis
Control of the estimating process during the planning phase
Active management, not only estimator but also manager
Attend meetings and contribute insights as needed. Learning and Development
Job Requirements:
Bachelor s degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in the commercial construction industry
Competitive bid experience preferred
Good technical understanding
Advanced knowledge of Excel, very good proficiency in the other Office applications
Advanced level of English and German
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret project requirements and specifications.
Strong attention to detail andaccuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills,
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task while working quickly and independently.
Prior experience in highly collaborative team situations.
