The Position

Summary

The Senior Specialist, Product Manager, Provider Management (B2B) at Amplify Health plays a critical role in shaping the future of digital health solutions across Asia. This position operates at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and innovation - driving transformative initiatives that strengthen the provider ecosystem and redefine how payers and providers collaborate.

The Product Manager owns the end-to-end lifecycle of provider management capabilities - spanning network management and contracting, provider portals and self-service tools, and provider data and directory management - building configurable, white-label solutions that clients can adapt to their market and operational needs. Responsibilities span the full product lifecycle, from ideation and concept validation through development, launch, and continuous optimisation.

This includes defining the product vision for the provider domain, setting strategic priorities, and ensuring every capability aligns with Amplify Health's mission to make healthcare more accessible, affordable, and effective. The role demands a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can translate high-level business objectives into actionable product roadmaps.

The Product Manager leverages emerging technologies - including AI, machine learning, and cloud-native architectures - to deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving client needs and regulatory requirements across Asia. As a key leader, they collaborate cross-functionally with business, technology, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery, championing customer-centric design and data-driven decision-making to improve provider engagement and network performance.

Responsibilities

1) Product Strategy & Vision

  • Own a market‑backed product strategy and multi‑year roadmap aligned to customer outcomes and business objectives.

  • Define target problems, personas, JTBDs, and success metrics for payers, providers, employers, and members.

  • Drive data‑informed prioritization using frameworks such as WSJF, RICE, or equivalent value models.

  • Make explicit trade‑offs balancing customer value, technical complexity, regulatory risk, and commercial impact.

2) Discovery, Design & Outcomes

  • Run structured discovery (customer interviews, prototype tests, betas, VOC programs), and instrument products with dashboards/analytics to measure adoption, engagement, and outcomes.

  • Champion API-First design for B2B scalability and enhanced Integration experience adoption through use-cases based interfaces, SDKs, Implementation guide.

3) Interoperability & Data Architecture

  • Partner with architecture/engineering to deliver API first, cloud agnostic services and integrations, leveraging HL7 FHIR/SMART on FHIR for data models, auth and scopes, and secure EHR/payer connections.

  • Ensure solutions can ingest/serve longitudinal health data and payer data, and support bulk data and near real-time workflows where appropriate.

4) Privacy, Security & Compliance

  • Embed privacy by design for example, align to PDPA in Singapore (and analogous regulations in other markets).

  • Collaborate with InfoSec to implement ISO/IEC 27001 controls and pursue standard like HITRUST aligned assurance for healthcare customers, as appropriate to product scope.

5) Delivery & Quality

  • Run Agile delivery with crisp backlog management, well-formed PRDs/Epics/Stories, and definition of done that includes security, privacy, performance, and observability.

  • Drive experimentation and A/B testing ensure robust post launch monitoring and incident response playbooks are in place for mission-critical B2B Integrations.

6) Go-To-Market & Commercialisation

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Operations on packaging, pricing, launch readiness, and product enablement playbooks, with minimum adjustments to different customer segment and country.

  • Own success metrics: time to value, logo/market expansion, renewal/retention, measured clinical/financial outcomes per solution.

Candidate Profile

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience navigating multi‑market healthcare compliance across APAC 7+ years of B2B product experience with end-to-end lifecycle ownership proven track record of shipping impactful features in complex, regulated environments

  • Deep understanding of the provider ecosystem - network management, contracting workflows, provider portals, and directory management - with experience building configurable, white-label capabilities for enterprise clients

  • Proven ability to define value hypotheses, business cases, and ROI frameworks to guide product investment decisions end-to-end ownership from problem discovery through go-to-market, scaling, and value realisation

  • Interoperability fluency: working knowledge of OpenAPI, FHIR resources, and SMART on FHIR for secure, scoped access to health data (OAuth 2.0/OIDC, app launch patterns)

  • Data privacy & security: working knowledge of PDPA obligations and collaboration with InfoSec toward ISO 27001 controls

  • Experience with AI/ML product integration and familiarity with AI governance and policy frameworks

  • Proficiency in prioritisation and value modelling (e.g., WSJF, RICE), defining KPIs/OKRs, and leveraging product analytics to drive decisions

  • Demonstrated success delivering complex products in agile environments across multi-market APAC healthcare contexts

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering

Preferred:

  • B2B SaaS experience in health tech or insurtech, with a track record of delivering provider-facing platforms at scale

  • Experience integrating with payer/provider systems using FHIR APIs (R4/R5), including SMART App Launch and Backend Services patterns
