Job Description

We're rethinking homes for how people really live, and we're looking for a Senior Specialist, Information Security Governance, Risk & Compliance to join our IT & Security team to help shape the future of livingone thoughtful detail at a time.

What you'll be doing:

  • Oversee data privacy governance and ensure the company meets compliance standards.
  • Strengthen governance and compliance across key organisational processes, including access control and change management.
  • Manage IT and security vendors, ensuring they meet required security expectations.
  • Plan, develop, and run the company-wide Information Security Awareness Programme.
  • Partner with tech teams to design and implement security processes and controls.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to maintain secure operational practices.
  • Lead regular security activities such as data classification, access reviews, and vendor security assessments.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, with strong academic performance.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Security Governance, Compliance, or a similar role.
  • Experience in ISO27001 compliance.
  • Solid understanding of security governance frameworks, data privacy principles, and access, change, and vendor management processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex security concepts clearly.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA are an added advantage.
