We're looking for a Product Owner to lead, define, and elevate Scoot's digital loyalty and award redemption experience across web and mobile platforms. Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for award redemption and loyalty features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Lead the end-to-end experience across platforms — from UX design, content and redemption logic to performance tracking and optimisation.
- Analyse usage, conversion, behavioural metrics, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and inform prioritisation.
- Collaborate with Loyalty BU, UX, developers, and other stakeholders to launch and optimise campaigns, journeys, and features.
- Translate business objectives into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Ensure tracking, tagging, and reporting frameworks are in place and validated pre- and post-launch.
- Communicate roadmap updates, risks, milestones, and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Champion user experience, accessibility, and consistency across Scoot's digital channels.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or digital consumer product roles.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to shape product direction.
- Experience working with UX and development teams in an agile environment.
- Bonus: familiarity with loyalty systems, travel, e-commerce, or mobile-first product design.
