Achieving sales Target, maintaining Sales & Market Intel of competition
Developing & Training of KOLs, customers, sales, and application colleagues
Conducting product demos, presentations, and in-services to customers
Supporting local and regional marketing events, wet lab, workshops, educational events
Maintain status on Country readiness on all KPls as defined by Head of Surgical
Financial Targets (revenue & direct costs at country level, SEA level)
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with market trends and customer needs, leveraging analytical skills to assess performance and adjust tactics as necessary
Liaise with expert roles in case of more in-depth technical/clinical knowledge of a certain product is required to generate demand and/or implement solutions with excellence communication and problem-solving skills
Always develop selling Skill, Communication Skill, Positive Attitude or personal behavior for enhancement customer value, team achievement and improve patients post operation outcome
Align with ZEISS agenda 2030 and ZEISS policy announcement in the future
Education / Professional Certification
University degree in Nursing, Optometry, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
Experience
At least 8 to10 years of relevant experience in Application / Sales / Business Development in the Surgical Ophthalmology equipment or Consumables products
Experience with Ophthalmology Surgical equipment in Phacoemulsification system and Vitrectomy System highly desirable
Previous operating room experience required
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
