Apply your operational execution skills in balancing short-term demand and supply, with a view of attaining required service levels while minimizing excess while supporting the business in achieving its objectives.

We connect the dots by partnering our stakeholders to balance demand and supply. This is done by driving cross-functional consensus across the operational horizon through collective processes and governance. As markets are at different maturity levels, You will need to show strong analytical mindset and influencing skills to both manage both regional and local BU market needs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Units in achieving operational excellence in key metrics such as novelties readiness, retail stocks availability, and Service level to customers & consumers.
  • Optimize demand/supply balancing in the operational horizon via in-depth analysis on weekly demand trends and corresponding supply imbalances.
  • Work closely with BUs on topline management within operational horizon and ensuring the sync up E2E across supply Chain, leveraging SKU level insights to bring visibility and analysis on business risks and opportunities to facilitate decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to support execution of the weekly and monthly processes, and ensuring high coherency and standardization where applicable
  • Driving governance of Regional SEM tools and processes to ensure coherence

Do you have what it takes

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field, with 5+ years relevant experience.
  • Preferred: Tertiary qualifications in project management (e.g. PMI) or supply chain / operations certifications (e.g. APICS, CPIM).
  • Min 3 years of work experience in demand and supply management, with good understanding of retail, planning and stock management strategies.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with ability to analyses, draw conclusions, and recommend appropriate actions in response to data
  • Business oriented, paying attention to details and result driven.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence stakeholders across end-to-end value chain.
  • Rigorous and organized approach with strict time demand and deadlines and able to deliver under pressure
  • Strong stakeholder influencing skills, able to bring diverse and constructive view points together
  • Experienced in leveraging digital tools to drive performance, including Power BI, SAP, and advanced Excel.
