The Job:
- Establish, qualify, and sustain special process procedures including heat treatment, surface finishing, coatings, welding, and brazing
- Conduct process capability analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to aerospace regulations and customer standards such as NADCAP, AS9100, and FAA/EASA requirements
- Support daily operations by monitoring process performance and meeting production needs in collaboration with the team
The Talent
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 2-3 years working experience in aerospace manufacturing special process
