Senior Sourcing Executive - IC Industry

Jos Description:

1. OSAT, IP, EDA and IC development related suppliers research, evaluation, selection existing supplier management.
2. RFQ, negotiation, assess risk, establishment of contracts and follow-up.
3. Work with Product Team, Package Solution Team and suppliers to find quality improvements and cost reduction opportunities.
4. Keep improving work/system process.
5. Work out allocation between suppliers based on pricing, performance, cycle time and other factors
6. Other works from team leader.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
2. Sourcing experience in IC industry.
3. International and multicultural experience.
4. Experience on Oracle or other ERP system.
5. Understanding of sourcing and supply procedures, good communication skills, good cost awareness. Knowledge on IC production process will be preferred.
6. Experience on dealing with Foundry or assembly/test or IP/EDA vendors.
7. Integrity, good ethics, hard work, have a good team spirit of cooperation.
