As part of the Pega Solutions Consulting team, you'll work closely with our sales organization—including Client Executives, Customer Success Managers, Professional Services, Business Officers, and other internal teams—to bring our sales strategy to life and help our customers succeed.

What You'll Do At Pega

  • Partner with account teams to shape and deliver compelling sales visions for mission-critical systems at Tier 1 banks and Financial Services organizations.
  • Work with senior customer stakeholders to understand their biggest business challenges and translate them into inspiring, tangible future-state visions.
  • Design and lead demos that tackle complex, high-impact problems—and position our customers as the hero of the story.
  • Build strong technical relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor who helps others see and champion the value of Pega.

What You've Accomplished

  • You bring solid enterprise technical sales experience—ideally 5–10 years—and can share examples of how you've influenced outcomes and made a real difference.
  • Experience with Pega is a big plus, but not required. We offer great academy training, hands-on learning, and a supportive team to help you ramp up quickly.
  • You have experience in banking or Financial Services and understand the unique challenges and nuances of this domain.
  • You're a Singapore citizen or permanent resident based in Singapore.
  • Prefer bilingual candidates, with English and either Thai or Vietnamese language skills
