Senior Solutions Architect

We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. You'll provide architectural leadership, define technical standards, review solutions, and mentor engineering teams while driving best practices across the platform.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, solution reviews, and implementation guidance.
• Define platform standards, governance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Lead AI initiatives and Proof of Concepts (POCs) using ServiceNow AI capabilities.

Qualifications

7+ years of ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, ITSM, IRM, SPM, App Engine, and platform integrations.
• Experience designing enterprise ServiceNow solutions and leading technical teams.
• Exposure to AI/Generative AI initiatives and AI-related POCs.
• Good to have hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist and AI-powered platform capabilities.
• Application engineering experience is an added advantage.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – preferred
