Responsibilities

1. Lead architecture design and implementation of enterprise Pega solutions using Pega Platform, Case Management, and Decision Management capabilities.

2. Design scalable and high-performance system architectures that support mission-critical enterprise applications.

3. Architect and oversee migration strategies for moving Pega on-premise applications to Pega Cloud, including technical assessments, planning, and execution.

4. Develop and maintain enterprise-grade Pega applications, ensuring reliability, performance, security, and maintainability.

5. Design integration solutions between Pega and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, message queues, and enterprise service buses (ESB).

6. Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies aligned with the organisation's technology strategy such as cloud-based architectures, enterprise modernization, and SG Tech Stack adoption.

7. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

8. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and enterprise architects to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

9. Ensure solution governance, architecture compliance, and adherence to security standards across all implementations.

10. Analyse complex technical challenges and design comprehensive solutions considering functional, integration, and operational impacts.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology

2. Strong expertise in Pega platform architecture, business process management (BPM), and case management frameworks.

3. Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise Pega solutions, including Decision Management capabilities.

4. Hands-on experience with Pega Cloud services and deployment models, including migration of on-premise systems to cloud environments.

5. Experience building and integrating enterprise-grade applications using REST/SOAP APIs, messaging frameworks, and ESB technologies.

6. Strong technical proficiency in Pega development tools, Java, JavaScript, and SQL-based database technologies.

7. Solid understanding of server-side development, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), web services, and digital services platforms.

8. Ability to analyse complex technical problems and design practical, scalable solutions.
