HIRING: SENIOR SOLUTION ARCHITECT (REGIONAL MANDATE)

Are you an enterprise-grade Solution Architect who excels at designing complex, high-performance digital ecosystems across both Web and Mobile platforms We are seeking a senior Regional Solution Architect to lead technical strategy, drive microservices adoption, and build architectural roadmaps across our Southeast Asian domains!

Role Overview:

• Position: Senior Solution Architect (Web & Mobile / Microservices)
• Experience Baseline: Minimum 5 Years in a dedicated Solution Architect role
• Domain Focus: Insurance Industry Experience & TOGAF Framework Literacy
• Architecture Pillars: Microservices, Omnichannel (Web/Mobile), Cloud, Data, & Infrastructure Integration
• Regional Scope: Oversight covering multiple entities (Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia)
• Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

️ Your Core Mission:

• End-to-End Solutioning: Analyze business objectives to design complex technical strategies and comprehensive solution blueprints spanning application, data, cloud, and infrastructure tiers.
• Omnichannel Architecture: Define resilient architectures and flawless user experiences across both Web and Mobile delivery platforms, supported by a decoupled API and microservices backend.
• Roadmap & Portfolio Governance: Develop long-term architecture and application roadmaps for assigned portfolios, presenting design decisions to the Architecture Review Board for formal approval.
• Modeling Excellence: Create high-quality architectural models and solution building blocks using standardized modeling techniques (such as C4, Arc42, or UML).
• Implementation Assurance: Perform continuous delivery audits to ensure engineering squads remain strictly aligned with approved solution designs and reference frameworks.
• Tech Selection & Debt Management: Lead rigorous technology selection processes and actively govern technical debt to ensure platform modernizations are proactively prioritized.
• Repository Contribution: Author and establish technical standards, blueprints, and playbooks to continuously enrich the centralized enterprise architecture repository.

Who We Are Looking For:

• The Seasoned Architect: 5+ years of demonstrable track record performing as a Solution Architect within matrixed corporate environments. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• Methodology Fluent: Deep knowledge of TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture frameworks, paired with a solid understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns.
• Industry Insider: Well-versed in the Insurance Industry landscape and highly aware of the evolving technology trends, regulations, and platforms shaping insurtechture.
• Strategic Communicator: Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and guiding cross-functional engineering teams.
