Job Summary
This Senior Solution Analyst is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects that support Marina Bay Sands business operations. The incumbent will coordinate across IT and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, risks are managed proactively, and solutions are transitioned smoothly into operational support.
Job Responsibilities
- Assume full accountability for the overall success of project delivery and customer cadence.
- Effectively manage the full project life cycle - Requirements gathering and scoping, project planning and execution, risk management, progress monitoring and tracking, support transition
- Familiar with project management methodology and tools. Oversee, track and clearly communicate on the progress and timeline of projects and it's deliverables to all involved stakeholders.
- Identify and manage issues/risks across business initiatives, overseeing development cycles and managing delivery timelines
- Works closely with various business stakeholder to gather requirements, track project progress and manage their expectations.
- Proactive to assess each tasks during all stages of a project, to identify the risk factors and involved in brainstorming necessary preventive measures.
- Manage relationships (both internal and external) and coordinate work between multiple IT teams and business units, with a focus on success and clean delivery.
- Coordinate release testing/certification processes.
- Responsible to ensure smooth support transition to application support and 24x7 Ops team.
Job Responsibilities
Education & Certification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in project management and/or Service Delivery with demonstrable experience in managing projects, budgets, staff and delivery across a variety of technologies and businesses
- Experienced in client relations/management/vendor management
- Experience working across Software related projects.

- Knowledge and proven experience in Project Management Methodologies and Project Lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to work in highly pressurized and demanding environment
