I am currently working with a well-known telecommunications company in Singapore. Role is based in Singapore. For overseas candidates, you need to relocate to Singapore.

Salary structure: Base monthly + bonus + LTI. 5 days in office located at Tanjong Pagar. Flexible working hours. 3 to 4 rounds of interview.

● Manage a team of 50-60 people (Software Developers, DevOps, Architects, Network Engineers) in Singapore

● Lead all code reviews and solution design reviews.

● Lead the solution architect team to work closely with CTO's of customers to design a 5G solution architecture that suits the customers IT and security design.

● More on management. Not much of hands-on development. But will need to understand software development

● Collaborate with product management and Business development teams to develop a roadmap that meets market demands.

● Build a world class engineering team and lead by example in practicing best practices of software development

● Our tech stack: Java, Python, ReactJS, Redux and etc

skills and requirements

● Min. 10 years of experience

● Experience leading development of complex, enterprise grade, configurable, scalable software platforms which can scale regionally globally.

● Has cellular network architecture experience, 3G/4G/5G/LTE experience.

● Experience managing a team of developers before
