Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable, enterprise-grade AI agent systems for high-performance, production environments.
• Develop core AI capabilities, including RAG, tool calling, and multi-agent workflows, while creating reusable components to accelerate product development.
• Design and build robust backend services, APIs, and distributed systems that power AI applications with scalability, reliability, and security.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong grasp and at least 3 years of working experience with any computing language
• Proficiency with modern AI tooling, including LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex) and foundation models (e.g., Qwen, Llama, GPT, Claude, or similar).
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, reasoning algorithms, or multi-agent systems is a plus.
