Senior Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Golang applications with a focus on performance and reliability
- Modernize the legacy lending platform with extensibility, testability, and scalability as key architectural goals
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define technical requirements, managing ambiguity throughout the software lifecycle
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to integrate external lending solutions and services
- Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and business) to influence architecture and feature development
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 4-5 years of experience building distributed systems in high-scale environments
- At least 2 years of hands-on Golang development experience
- Strong understanding of cloud environments, with deployment experience in AWS and GCP
- Proficient in tools and technologies such as Kubernetes (k8s), Redis, Aerospike, and MySQL
- Solid experience in the lending domain, including core platform development and integration with vendor LMS solutions
- Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills able to translate technical details to non-technical teams effectively
