Job Summary
The Senior Software Engineer leads the design, development, and delivery of software solutions, provides technical leadership across the SDLC, contributes to UX design, and drives continuous improvement in development practices and standards.
Responsibilities
Solution Design & Delivery
- Lead solution design and development aligned with functional and technical requirements.
- Create end-to-end specifications and oversee testing, validation, and implementation.
- Conduct impact analysis and guide resolution of technical issues.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Technical Leadership
- Improve development standards, tools, APIs, and processes.
- Mentor developers and promote best practices across the team.
User Experience Collaboration
- Conduct user research and develop user stories and workflows.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, EEE, or equivalent.
- Proven experience across the SDLC and delivering complex solutions.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
