JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
. Build modular, production-ready code deployable across cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and on‑prem environments.
. Re-architect existing systems to convert complex retail and business needs into scalable software components.
. Develop AI-driven system components that turn research models into reliable, high‑performing solutions.
. Improve development workflows, architecture patterns, coding standards, and DevOps/MLOps practices.
. Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards for security, performance, and maintainability.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
. Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI, Operations Research, or related field.
. 4+ years in AI/ML or software engineering with experience deploying production systems.
. Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure-as-code and cloud/on‑prem deployments (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
. Strong background in microservices architecture, API/system design, and Python.
. Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest).
. Bonus: experience deploying AI models (Airflow, Prefect, Ray), reporting tools (Tableau, Holistics), or supply chain areas like inventory optimization and demand forecasting.
