Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Lead in guiding the team on Scrum processes and tasks engage with users and stakeholders
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient software systems aligned with user needs
- Implement enhancements, system configurations, and integrate software components
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code in line with QA standards
- Produce technical specifications and assess feasibility
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Automate tasks using appropriate tools and scripting
- Perform validation, verification, UAT, and system integration testing
- Deploy applications and gather user feedback
- Document and maintain software functionality
Requirements:
- Proficient in Agile development and technologies such as ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, Flutter, JavaScript/TypeScript, FeatherJS, Java, Spring Boot, and Git
- Familiarity with DevOps is an advantage
- Hands-on programmer with strong problem-solving skills
- Quick learner with the ability to pick up new technologies
- Independent, self-motivated, and customer-focused with a can-do attitude
- Strong communication and documentation skills
