Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, enhancement, and deployment of Java-based applications on AWS, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
- Provide advanced L2 support, troubleshoot complex incidents, and ensure operational stability of mission-critical payment and utility systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate closely with business analysts, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
- Design microservices, system integrations, and CI/CD pipelines, while adhering to change management, documentation standards, and continuously recommending technology improvements.
Requirements
- At least a 5 years of Java development experience with solid knowledge of Spring Framework, microservices, REST APIs, and AWS cloud services.
- Proven experience with relational and non-relational databases, messaging and API-based systems, data formats (XML, JSON, YAML), and system integrations.
- Good understanding of cryptography, ISO standards, and building secure, resilient systems in regulated or mission-critical environments.
