What You'll Do
- Design and develop backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot
- Integrate financial systems and third-party services to ensure seamless data flow
- Maintain code excellence through rigorous code reviews, testing and CI/CD practices
- Resolve complex technical issues across development and production environments
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with product stakeholders
- Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning and release rollout coordination
- Provide local post-implementation support for regional financial products
- Ensure all deliverables meet financial risk management and compliance standards
What Will Make You Shine
- Strong command of Core Java 17, including collections, JSON, JDBC and Maven
- Proficiency in Spring Boot, JDBC templates, JPA and Messaging/JMS
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in Agile and global team environments
- Practical understanding of Unix operating systems and Bash scripting
- Ability to structure complex requirements and provide effective solution options
- Proactive approach to project ownership and initiative in a fast-paced setting
