Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- 3 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- 1 year of experience building data infrastructure and solutions (e.g., designing architecture, building data pipelines, implementing scalable monitoring, build advanced visualizations).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
- Experience in data collection/monitoring/alerting infrastructure, data analysis pipelines and machine learning.

Responsibilities
- Work extensively in a Flutter (Dart) codebase delivering Android and iOS experiences to GPay users.
- Understand Ad and voucher serving system (Java/C++), recommend, and implement improvements to external systems.
- Understand ads logging and ML pipelines and how to optimize them for our publisher.
- Use AI development tools to automate and accelerate your individual work as well as the team's operations.
- Partner with UX and Product Management (PM) leads to build new user-facing experiences.
