Senior Software Engineer (Full stack)

Requirements:

• At least 6 years experience as a senior software engineer (full stack preferably)
• Worked at least 3 years in agile environment and familiar with agile processes and practices.
• Has the ability to provide technical leadership for the squad and enforce the Definition of Done.
• Can act as a servant leader that encourages collaboration and open communication.
• Experience in removing impediments and blockers for the squad.
• Experience in providing insight, measurement, accountability, and a positive working environment.
• Have good experience and understanding Real Time Data Services Domain, preferably in Banking payment domain.
• Expert in SPARK, SQL and Java
• Strong organization skills and a clear communicator
• Point of contact for client technical management
