Senior Software Engineer/Full Stack Developer (PathFin.ai digital platform)

Responsibilities

• Leading the technical development and operational support of the PathFin.ai digital platform
• Implementing new features including automated content curation, AI-enabled knowledge matching, and roadmap generation tools
• Developing and maintaining the three core modules: Content Management, Community Engagement System, and Reporting & Analytics
• Building API integrations with market data providers for AI adoption intelligence and trend analysis
• Ensuring platform stability, security, and optimal performance for all Programme participants
• Maintaining technical documentation, conducting system testing, and providing ongoing Platform maintenance and support
• Developing automated presentation generation capabilities for stakeholder engagement and policy development

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience leading projects or owning systems
• Lead the development of the platform (main system owner)
• Build new features (AI matching, content tools, roadmap tools)
• Manage core systems (content, community, reporting)
• Connect to external data sources (APIs for market data)
• Test the system and fix issues, maintain documentation and support the platform
• Build tools to auto-generate presentations

Skills needed:

• Strong Full stack development (frontend + backend)
• Experience designing systems / architecture, API integration skills, data and analytics systems
• Knowledge of cloud, security, and performance optimization
• Basic understanding of AI features
• Leadership or ownership experience
