Job Description
A highly motivated GIS professional with strong ESRI development expertise, hands-on programming experience, and a solid understanding of software development best practices. The candidate should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and contributing to end-to-end application development.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, GIS, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ Years
Requirements
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience developing ESRI-based applications and solutions.
- Strong programming skills with ArcObjects SDK and Python.
- Experience with ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, and/or ArcGIS Enterprise.
- Hands-on experience with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS API for JavaScript, or ArcGIS Runtime SDKs.
- Experience working with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional and collaborative team environments.
Good To Have
- Experience in ETL processes and data migration projects.
- Exposure to the Telecom industry.
- Knowledge of GIS data management and integration best practices.

- Develop, customize, and maintain applications using ESRI technologies.
- Design, code, test, and deploy GIS-based software solutions.
- Enhance and support existing applications and systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to deliver solutions.
- Integrate GIS applications with enterprise databases and third-party systems.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.
- Contribute to Agile development processes and project delivery.
