Responsibilities
Lead technical maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (C360) platform.
Design and implement CRM enhancements, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
Ensure system performance, scalability, and availability.
Lead troubleshooting of production issues and root cause analysis.
Manage CRM upgrades and Microsoft release wave updates.
Oversee integration with external systems through APIs and middleware.
Provide technical oversight for CRM developers and support engineers.
Ensure compliance with Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) security and architecture standards.
Support data migration, patching, and deployment to UAT and Production environments.
