We Are Seeking: Senior Software Engineer (DeFi)
This role is critical to designing and optimizing systems that power decentralized finance infrastructure within a global Web3 ecosystem. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will build automated yield strategies, risk frameworks, and cross-chain integrations that underpin next-generation tokenized platforms.
Ideal candidates are deeply DeFi-native, thrive in on-chain environments, and have a passion for blockchain innovation. You'll collaborate with world-class engineers and product leaders to deliver secure, scalable solutions that drive performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and scale automated DeFi yield systems to optimize capital allocation and mitigate execution risk
- Establish robust risk and performance frameworks for liquidity, volatility, and protocol exposure
- Build monitoring and compliance tools to track protocol health, yield efficiency, and gas optimization
- Integrate with multiple DeFi protocols and chains, expanding platform capabilities
- Collaborate across technical and strategy teams to deliver secure, scalable systems
- Contribute to research and innovation, staying ahead of emerging DeFi trends
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in DeFi, blockchain, or smart contract development
- Deep understanding of liquidity pools, AMMs, staking, vaults, yield farming, and on-chain risk management
- Strong technical background in EVM architecture, Solidity, TypeScript/JavaScript, and frameworks like Hardhat or Foundry
- Familiarity with cross-chain bridging, gas optimization, and MEV implications
- Experience with on-chain analytics tools (e.g., Dune, Nansen) and data-driven engineering
- Knowledge of security best practices for smart contract development and audits
- Bonus: experience in risk simulation, yield routing algorithms, or treasury automation
