You will work closely with teams across admissions, sales, operations, finance, and learning to design and develop tools that improve course delivery, student support, and team efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real business problems through technology by building internal systems, automations, integrations, and AI-powered workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve systems that support our learning platform and internal operations
- Build internal tools that improve workflows across sales, admissions, finance, and student services
- Design and implement integrations between LMS, CRM, payment platforms, and other tools
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes across the organisation
- Implement AI-powered solutions to improve productivity and learning experiences
- Work with non-technical teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions
- Maintain system reliability, performance, and scalability as usage grows
- Contribute to development best practices and documentation
Qualifications
- Strong experience in web application development (full stack or backend)
- Comfortable building production systems and integrations independently
- Experience working with APIs, databases, and modern web frameworks
- Interest or experience in automation, AI tools, or applied AI solutions
- Ability to understand business problems and propose practical technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or education platforms
- Experience integrating SaaS tools such as CRM, payment systems, analytics platforms, or automation tools
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails
- Experience building AI workflows using modern AI APIs or automation frameworks
