Senior Software Engineer

We are partnering with a highly regarded proprietary trading firm in Singapore to hire a Senior Software Engineer for an elite six-person engineering team. What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance trading systems using C++, Rust, and Python.
• Work closely with traders and quantitative researchers to build low-latency trading infrastructure.
• Lead technical initiatives while mentoring a small, exceptionally talented engineering team.
• Own projects across the full software development lifecycle.
• Improve trading infrastructure, market data systems, and exchange connectivity.
• Drive engineering best practices in performance, reliability, and system design.

What We're Looking For

• Strong expertise in C++ with experience in Rust and Python.
• Proven background building high-performance trading systems within HFT, proprietary trading, or electronic markets.
• Deep understanding of market data, exchanges, and trading infrastructure.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and distributed systems knowledge.
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and influence technical direction.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
